Our Production Coordinators work on exciting 3D animation production within the studio. The successful candidate must show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production. All whilst maintaining a cool head in a fast paced and very busy studio.
As a Voice Record Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and delivery of voice recording sessions, coordinating talent, studios, schedules, and production teams to ensure recordings run smoothly and efficiently.

This opportunity is due to start in late Spring 2026 going through to November 2027 and is available on a fixed term contract.

The successful candidate will need to be based in the UK and will require the right to work in the UK. This opportunity requires talent to be based regionally - in the UK, outside of the M25 as per client requirements.
Day to Day:

Act as the communication hub across all animation departments, as well as with our clients.

Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for production

Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget.

Be across all aspects of the production as a whole, as well as individual departments.

Ensuring the team is working towards the various goals and deadlines that the production demands.
